John Reiss - Chairman

John Reiss - ChairmanJohn has been a Trustee since June 2005, and became Chairman in December 2006. John trained as a chartered accountant with PWC and held senior positions with a number of British and American corporations.

For over 20 years he has consulted on financial management and corporate strategy to media and consumer industries.

He is currently Executive Chairman of Premier Public Relations, Dubbs/EyeFrame, Creative Art Products and Peckhamplex and is active in film production. He has been a comprehensive school governor and involved with several national charities.

Sally Cornish

Sally CornishSally has worked in the voluntary sector for the last nine years, for the last six she has been a fundraising and marketing consultant for charities such as St Dunstan’s, The Children’s Society, Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and WRVS.

Prior to that Sally worked in the private sector in business to business sales and retail working for brands such as Tesco and Hayes.

Sally has an MBA from Henley Management College and in her spare time does additional voluntary work for the RSPCA and Celia Cross Greyhound Trust.

Doug D'Arcy

Doug D'ArcyDoug began in the music business in 1968 as a booking agent and manager at the Ellis-Wright Agency which became Chrysalis. He worked at Chrysalis Records as the Managing Director and then President in 1986 as well as a main board Director and shareholder of the Chrysalis Group Ltd.

Doug currently runs a music consultancy ‘Songlines’. He is also a Director of Faith & Hope and a founding board member of the Association of Independent Music (AIM). He is a member of the Music Advisory Panel to the Sector Skills Council to the cultural and creative industries and Chairman of the Music Exports Group - the joint UK Government and UK music industry body.

Ben Houghton

Ben HoughtonBen spent 10 years in the army, three of which were spent reading politics at Hull University, before moving into stock broking, spending 17 years as an investment manager and in various senior management positions.

Since retiring seven years ago he has committed himself to the voluntary sector. For five years he was chair of Disability Sport England and his current work includes being Chairman of a preparatory school in the north of England, Treasurer of The Rehabilitation of Addicted Prisoners Trust and the financial Trustee of Haig Homes.

He was appointed Treasurer of Missing People in January 2008.

Jon Macintosh

Jon MacintoshJon is a founder partner of Saltus Partners. He previously held a number of senior positions at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Grenfell in their private equity businesses. He has also held a number of non-executive directorships of businesses ranging from pubs and betting shops to specialty chemicals.

His hobbies include reading, rugby, riding, skiing and playing dominoes.

Jon has an MA in Ancient and Modern Greek from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD in France. He lives in London and is married with three young children.

Andrew Morley

Andrew MorleyAndrew is an independent public policy professional who advises on issues related to crime and justice.

He was until March 2011, chief executive of the London Criminal Justice Partnership which is responsible for coordinating criminal justice activity across the capital.

Prior to that, Andrew was a Senior Civil Servant at the Home Office where he worked across a range of business, from active communities and youth justice to mental health and policing. Achievements include: developing high security mental health services for dangerous offenders; and establishing the Independent Police Complaints Commission. 

He has a track record in the voluntary and community sector, having mentored young offenders, served on a local Race Equality Council and chaired a panel of independent custody visitors. He currently chairs the governing bodies for two community primary schools.

Andrew is a senior visiting Fellow at the Institute of Criminal Policy Research at Birkbeck College, and a Fellow of the RSA.

Chris Rollings

chris-rollings 1Chris Rollings is a Chief Superintendent with Leicestershire Constabulary.  For the last 10 years he has been in charge of missing persons for the Force, introducing a computerised missing persons system in 2002, and a new way of working with local authority partners whereby the top 10 missing persons were reviewed regularly.

Following an inspection in 2007 Leicestershire Constabulary were the only police force in the country to receive an ‘excellent’ rating for missing persons investigation. Chris’ role quickly developed into a more national focus and he assisted in the introduction of Child Rescue Alert across the country. Chris currently chairs the East Midlands Regional Missing Persons Group and a National police group of 23 Forces using the same computer system. He has a passion for improving the investigation and management of Missing Persons cases.

Lisa White

Lisa joined Missing People as a trustee in December 2011.

Over the past twenty years Lisa has lead strategic communications for high profile individuals and organisations in the private and public sector.

In 2006 she was appointed as a founding Board member of the Office of the Children's Commissioner for England as the first Director of Communications and Participation. In this role Lisa has successfully promoted and protected the best interests of children and young people, including those at risk of going missing.

Lisa has held senior communications positions within the UK Government, the London Metal Exchange, the Learning and Skills Council, IBM and the Turin Winter Olympics.
