We want you and your friends to work together to ‘join the search’ and fundraise for some of the most vulnerable people in our society. Missing People are now enlisting the help of groups of volunteers to raise money to fund our vital services in your local areas. We want to hear your ideas about how you can use your own interests, hobbies, networks and communities to raise money to fund the search for people who go missing and their families. Volunteer role: ‘Join the Search’ group volunteering – London Team: Local Areas Program Location: Community based activities in London and working from home.
Time commitment: The specific nature of the role will affect the hours worked and will be discussed at interview. These will be different for each volunteer and will depend on the type of event you want to organise.
Purpose: To work in a team with your friends, guided by your Local Coordinator, to raise funds and awareness for Missing People. This might involve organizing an event, getting sponsored to do something challenging or wacky together or anything else your imaginations come up with!

Training: All necessary training will be provided by your Local Coordinator
Support: You will be supported in your role by your Local Coordinator, with additional support when necessary from central office.
