We always work with you, to try and get you the help that you need. That’s what we’re here for. We will give you time to talk through your situation; explain the options that are available to you and then discuss what help you would like us to give to you.

If you decide not to let us help you but you’ve told us where you are and we believe you are at risk of serious harm, we may need to let someone know. In this situation, we will always try to tell you that we are going to share anything you’ve told us with someone outside of Message Home.
