Missing People is very pleased to announce that The Helplines Association (THA) has accredited all of the charity’s services across all channels (phone, email and text).

THA works with organisations to achieve the highest quality response using helplines, and considers all aspects of the organisation from its ability to ‘manage strategy’ to ‘operational management’ to how it ‘manages human resources’.

Missing People is honored to have the distinction of being one of the first organisations to have more than one Service accredited at the same time. The charity is a lifeline to the 250,000 people who go missing or run away each year. For those left behind, we provide specialised support to ease the heartache and confusion, and help search for their missing loved ones.
